Find & Flip Terms of Service
The rules for using Find & Flip marketplace deal finder tools and subscriptions.
Contact support Privacy PolicyLast updated: September 9, 2026
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Find & Flip LLC (Find & Flip, we, us, or our). They govern findandflip.io, our apps, browser extension, and related deal discovery, research, inventory, messaging, and crosslisting tools (the Service). By checking the acceptance box when creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account details and keep them current. Protect your password, devices, session tokens, and connected marketplace accounts; do not sell or transfer your account or give unauthorized people access. Tell support@findandflip.io promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for using reasonable care to secure your account.
3. Service features and limits
Find & Flip helps resellers discover listings, compare market data, analyze photos, estimate resale opportunities, organize inventory, and prepare or manage listings on supported marketplaces. Features depend on your plan, region, device, marketplace, and connection status. Usage allowances, supported actions, and prices are shown in the product or at checkout. Beta features may change or be withdrawn. We do not promise that every marketplace or workflow will remain available.
4. Research, estimates, and AI output
Deal scores, comparable sales, product identification, descriptions, prices, profit estimates, and AI suggestions can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They are informational tools, not appraisals or guarantees of authenticity, safety, resale value, demand, or profit. Independently inspect items and verify descriptions, condition, ownership, shipping costs, fees, taxes, and local requirements before buying or publishing. Review AI-generated content before using it; you remain responsible for your final listings and decisions.
5. Crosslisting authorization
When you connect a marketplace and request an action or enable an available automation, you authorize Find & Flip and its service providers to perform the selected workflow on your behalf. Depending on the integration, this can include importing listing data, uploading images, creating or publishing listings, updating price or quantity, relisting, checking status, marking sold, or delisting. The authorization is limited to the connected accounts, requested actions, and settings you enable. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account to us. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage and only authorize access permitted by the marketplace.
6. Publishing, synchronization, and overselling
Review destination marketplaces, listing fields, photos, price, quantity, category, condition, location, delivery, return policies, and fees before submitting. A workflow may publish directly when you request publication. Bulk actions may affect multiple listings. Connection failures, expired sessions, marketplace reviews, rate limits, and changes to marketplace pages or APIs can delay or prevent actions. Partial success is possible. A queued job or local status does not guarantee that a marketplace accepted a change. Check the actual marketplace listing and resolve failures. Delisting and sale detection are not guaranteed to be immediate or successful; monitor inventory and remove sold items yourself when necessary to avoid duplicate sales, refunds, and penalties. Disconnecting Find & Flip or deleting local inventory does not necessarily remove previously published listings.
7. Your responsibilities as seller or buyer
You are the seller of your items and remain responsible for lawful ownership, accurate claims, required disclosures, product safety, recalls, authenticity, licenses, consumer rights, taxes, shipping, delivery, refunds, and disputes. Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, infringing, or marketplace-prohibited goods. Obtain permission before using another person's photos, text, trademarks, or personal information. Find & Flip is a software provider and is not a party to your marketplace transactions, a payment escrow service, or the seller of your inventory. Transactions and buyer communications remain subject to the relevant marketplace's rules.
8. Marketplace accounts and third parties
Marketplaces independently control their accounts, content rules, fees, buyer protections, availability, and enforcement. Our tools do not override those rules or guarantee that automation is permitted. You must comply with each platform's terms and any restrictions on your account. Marketplaces can reject listings, request verification, restrict functionality, or suspend accounts. Find & Flip is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, eBay, Etsy, or other marketplaces unless expressly stated. Third-party names identify integrations or data sources and belong to their owners.
9. Your content and our software
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, resize, format, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the Service and carry out your instructions, including distribution to selected marketplaces and processing by service providers. This is not permission to sell your photos or use them in unrelated advertising. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for necessary retention described in the Privacy Policy and copies already shared with third parties. Find & Flip and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and other Service materials. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the Service for your personal or business resale activities.
10. Acceptable use and messaging
Do not misuse the Service to commit fraud, impersonate people, infringe rights, harass, send spam, distribute malware, access accounts without permission, bypass security or plan limits, or disrupt infrastructure. Do not harvest Service data or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits. This does not prohibit using the automation features we provide as intended. For messaging tools, review recipients and message content and comply with marketplace and anti-spam rules. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification, or unnecessary private information in listing notes, photos, or AI prompts.
11. Subscriptions, renewals, and fees
Paid features require the plan and charges disclosed at checkout. The checkout identifies the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, included allowances, and any trial or promotional conditions. If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment processor to charge the disclosed recurring amount until cancellation. Account creation or acceptance of these Terms alone does not authorize a paid subscription. Marketplace listing, transaction, shipping, advertising, and other third-party fees are separate and remain your responsibility. Keep billing information current. We will disclose price changes before they apply and obtain additional consent when required by law.
12. Trials, cancellation, and refunds
Trial eligibility, duration, limits, and any conversion to paid service are disclosed when offered. Cancel renewal through your account's billing controls or contact support@findandflip.io for assistance before your next renewal. Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Removing the extension, disconnecting marketplaces, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Except where required by law or expressly offered, fees already paid are nonrefundable and unused allowances have no cash value. These terms do not limit mandatory refund or cancellation rights. Contact support about billing errors.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through support. We may limit or suspend access for a material breach, fraud, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or marketplace restrictions. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the problem. Export information you need before closing your account. Termination does not undo completed marketplace actions or remove obligations already incurred. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, and limitations subject to law, continue after termination.
14. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete data, successful publication or delisting, sales, or earnings. Maintain your own records and monitor important marketplace actions. Nothing here excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
15. Liability and third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, Find & Flip LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections. You are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful listings, infringing content, or misuse of connected accounts to the extent attributable to your conduct. This does not make you responsible for our own wrongful conduct.
16. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may revise these Terms and will identify the updated date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or email before they take effect where required and request renewed acceptance when legally required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Contact support@findandflip.io to raise a concern or seek informal resolution; doing so does not prevent you from using courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class actions. Legal and service inquiries: Find & Flip LLC, support@findandflip.io.
